Refund policy

Key information

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return postage. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned at our cost.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Returning purchases

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Lengths that have been cut, drilled or fitted cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To start a return, contact customer service at sales@plasticprofiles.co.uk or on +44 1282 270214 with your order number. We will provide a return form and the return address. For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of return postage; we recommend using a tracked service, as goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, please take photos of the item and the packaging and email them to sales@plasticprofiles.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so that we can raise a claim with the carrier. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund and cover the cost of the return. Reporting a problem later does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund processing

When we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you by email whether it has been accepted. Accepted returns will be refunded within 5 working days to the original payment method. Where you cancel your whole order within the statutory 14-day period, we will also refund the original delivery charge. If your refund appears delayed, please check with your bank or card provider first; if they are not the issue, contact us at sales@plasticprofiles.co.uk.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
