Order confirmation

As soon as you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you know we have everything we need on file to get your purchase processed and on its way.

Shipping out

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. We will send you the tracking details so you know when to expect your package. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Tracked UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £19.99 per order, whatever the size of the order. The delivery charge is shown on every product page and at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

Late package?

If your order is a couple of days late, please first check the tracking number we sent you. If there is still no sign of it two working days after the expected delivery date, send us a message with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

Damages

If anything arrives damaged, or if we have sent the wrong item, please take some quick photos of the item and the packaging and email them to us with your order number as soon as you can. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
