Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Plastic Profiles Co, both before dispatch and under your statutory rights.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you have made a mistake with your order or no longer need it, contact us as soon as possible at sales@plasticprofiles.co.uk or +44 1282 270214 with your order number. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, so please contact us quickly. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full, including any delivery charge, to your original payment method.

Cancelling after dispatch — your statutory right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do this, tell us within that period using the contact details above and return the goods to us. Items must be unused and in their original condition; lengths that have been cut, drilled or fitted cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds after cancellation

Where you cancel your whole order within the statutory 14-day period, we will refund the price of the goods and the original £19.99 delivery charge to your original payment method. For change-of-mind cancellations you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
