Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from Burnley, Lancashire.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is a flat £19.99 per order by tracked courier. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and delivery then takes 2–4 working days, so most orders arrive within 3–6 working days.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices include UK VAT at 20% and are shown in GBP (£). There are no hidden fees at checkout.

How can I pay?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay), Klarna, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, through Shopify’s secure checkout. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Cut, drilled or fitted lengths cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Email us photos of the item and packaging with your order number, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it is dispatched. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right — see our Order Cancellation Policy.

How do I choose the right profile?

Call or email our team with the dimensions and where the profile will be used, and we will point you to the right product.
